Tell us about your experience attending a performing arts school.
The experience that I had at my performing arts school was amazing, because I was able to be around young people who were into the same things I was into. Which I found later in life is very important to be around people you can grow with that are in to the same arts an life goals, Lead me to love what I do.

Tell us about your process in preparing for an audition.
My process in preparing for an audition is reading the breakdown of who this character is, and study in the lines till I have them memorized.

How important is the arts to our community?
The arts are very important to our community because we have so much talent in the world. young people need to be exposed to the arts as early in life as possible to have that sense of freedom of creativity and choice.

How important is the arts to our community?
I never really introduced the entertainment world and to my sons. I just let them grow. As of recent they’ve been interested in what I do. I never wanted to push anything on my sons to make them feel like they are forced to do something I always inspired them to want to do things.

Tell us about your next project and your role.
I’m currently working on BET Black Hampton's and I’m playing the role of Michael Donovan who is an  investment attorney. I have two projects coming out one is titled the kings of LA and the other is I left my heart in Columbia be on the lookout for those.

What is an ideal role for you and why?
My ideal role is to play Marvin Gaye. I feel I can pull out the true essence of who Marvin Gaye was. And give the people an amazing performance.

What keeps you motivated in such a competitive industry?

Loving what I do keeps me very motivated. I enjoy being around creative minded people who have a goal and a motivated to succeed.
