Why are you an actor?
I am an actor because I like escaping the real world. Embodying a character and telling their story whether it's made up or true. I also became an actor to help audiences escape their reality. To help them experience emotions that they may not otherwise feel like they can express. I became an actor to make art because art can imitate life and that's a beautiful thing. Whether it is sad, infuriating, hilarious, or joyful it's beautiful.

What is an ideal role for you and why?
An action/comedic role is my dream role. I've been told by my high school theater teacher I have great comedic timing. I grew up watching action movies and comedies that’s all I have ever wanted to do.

What have you learned about yourself on your acting journey?
This journey has really made look in the mirror of myself. I have to push myself out my comfort zone to be the best actor I can be.

Tell us about the most challenging experience on this path of being an actor.
Everything about being an actor is challenging. There is no part of this career that won't be difficult.

What is your preparation process before a performance?
Before a performance I like to go over lines and just do words of affirmation with myself.

What advice would you give someone who desires to work as an actor?
Be ready to hear rejection and be ready to work hard. This career is not for the weak or inpatient. Always come prepared with multi genre monologues in your tool belt. You're not gonna get every part and casting directors might not even meet with you because you don’t look right for it. Create your own projects star in your own movies. Those up top will recognize your hard work and talent eventually.

What kind of support do you think is needed to take you to another level?
Just people willing to get my name out there and help me connect me with the right people. This isn't just a hobby. This is what I was meant to do, so if any one puts time, money, and energy into me to help me in this journey they won't be sorry I guarantee that.
