 Tell us about The Brock Foundation, Inc. The Brock Foundation is a Nonprofit who's mission is to propel diversity in aviation by equipping a new diverse generation of aviators to redefine who has access to become a pilot. Tell us about your partnership with Morrow High School. The Brock Foundation and Morrow High School have partnered to create an Aviation Test Program first of its kind with hopes to create a paradigm shift in aviation education for it's minority youth. Upon completion of the program, students will acquire their Private License giving them a head start as they execute their aspirations to become Airline Transport Pilots. What kinds of skills and training are needed to become a pilot? There is most certainly an aptitude required of those individuals pursing the title of pilot due to its rigorous nature however, if I did it, you can too. The FAA mandates hour requirements and training specification applicable for each certificate and rating. What does success look like for you?
